Kundalini and Awakening

When we awake from our illusions, it can be a shock to our system. My head is still spinning as I face my true reality.  Those in my life who I thought were my allies turn out not to be and my life situations have turned out to be anything but what I believed, but I am okay with all this as I would rather live my true reality than the false illusions that I have convinced myself is my reality.   For me, this is my true awakening during my ascension process.

Although I experienced my Kundalini rising over two years ago, it is only now after over two years of ascension work that I am experiencing a true awakening. This is what I have discovered about Kundalini and awakening.  Experiencing a Kundalini rising gives us the potential to experience an awakening as it is not a full awakening itself.  There are those who are Kundalini active who still live in illusions created by their egos.  The ascension process where we are forced to confront our ego and release it, heal our emotional wounds and pains associated with our smaller selves, and come to acceptance of our own truths and reality.

Without working through our ascension process, those who are Kundalini active remain unable to ascend spiritually, and are stuck in a physically and emotionally painful existence as their chakras and energy bodies are blocked from stagnant negative energy, and the Kundalini energy cannot move through them.  I believe this is one of the most difficult existence as the Kundalini energy forces us to confront our illusions and face our true realities. May you awaken from your illusions.  Blessings of healing light. (Copyright 2013 Awakening Journey with All Rights Reserved)
