Lesson about Life Lessons

During my spiritual journey, I have encountered many going through the same process.  Through these encounters, I have learned a valuable lesson.  The lesson is this.  We all must do our own emotional healing and spiritual work, and no one can do the heavy lifting for us.  We may not want others who we care about to be injured or hurt through their life lessons in that we try to rescue them from themselves, but everyone must learn their life lessons and there are no short cuts.  This is the nature of life lessons as it will hurt and through this process, we grow up.  Some call this tough love, and others call this growing pains.

We all have free will and through this free will, we make decisions for our lives. The decisions that are in our highest become blessings while decisions not in our highest become life lessons.  In my personal experience, only I can experience these life lessons, and instill these lessons into my own life and change my own behaviors.  We rarely believe other’s experiences or life lessons.  We must each learn our life lessons ourselves.

When we encounter others who are struggling, the kindest and most compassionate thing to do is to allow them to experience their life lessons as they are intended to experience them.  We must as bystanders surrender to the process without getting involved, but only to serve as guides or advisers when solicited.  These are my lessons learned through my failed attempts to rescue others.  Blessings on your journey, Brooke (Copyright 2013 Kundalini Spirit with All Rights Reserved)

  1. Hi Brooke,
i have a doubt , is it necessary as part of learning and growth and purification process to go through pain suffering depression poverty to get cleansed of negative energies….in my past 15-20 years i have gone through enough embarassments, insults, poverty, depression pain and suffering until i realised i had a kundalini awakening , what lesson i learned when i self realised is that u need this hurt pain suffering to get rid of negative stuff in our energy soul body….merely meditating ,doing pranayama yoga is not enough to get purified… how did ya go through the purification process? do u now think the pain trauma u went thru so long was without a reason and mere random, or where u burning ur past karmas and learning something from these traumas u went through??

    1. What I find is that when we experienced emotional pain and injuries the first time whether as children or adults, we supressed this emotional pain. It is then stored in our painbody that is a part of our energy body and chakras. In order to find peace and stability that will change the outcomes in our lives, we need to re-experience this suppressed and buried emotional pain in order to release it. It is just part of the process for everyone wanting to change their life through enlightenment. Kundalini is a gift given to us to speed up this process. Healing light, Brooke

  2. Very true. I at first tried to help others[my friends and family] not a good idea on my part. Since then I have learned everyone has their own paths to follow. Although I still feel the need to help in some way. Very frustrating at times.I find your writings very helpful! Thank you!
